FMCG HR BUSINESS PARTNER / GENERALIST: JOHANNESBURG 007/08/21
Johannesburg based FMCG Group seeks Human Resource Business Partner for South Africa and cluster countries with good HR Generalist experience as of 1 September 2021. Candidate must have relevant tertiary qualification and 5+ years’ experience as HRBP in FMCG. Candidate must be willing and able to travel (Vaccination Certificate) and hold a valid Code 08 Drivers’ License and have own reliable transport.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Build up relationships with key stakeholders within the businesses by collaborating with them and providing both daily operational and strategic management on a wide variety of HR-related matters including but not limited to:
- Talent Sourcing, Acquisition and Learnership program
- Managing Employee Lifecycle
- Performance Management
- Training and Development planning
- Employee and Industrial Relations and experience with Bargaining Counsels
- HR Data Analytics
- Co-ordinating/Managing HR functions for subsidiaries
- Workforce and Succession planning
- Policy Development and Implementation
- Assisting international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
- Performance Management
- Payroll, Remuneration and Benefits
- Corporate Culture and Employee Wellness
- Accurate and timeous completion of all HR related administration
- Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
ESSENTIAL
- Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources, Labour Relations or Industrial Psychology.
- 5 or more years’ experience as an HRBP with good Generalist experience at a FMCG company
- Strong in IR and experienced with Bargaining Counsels
- Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
- Sound knowledge of current labour legislation (LRA; BCEA; EE)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced Excel
- Must be willing and able to travel (Valid Passport and Vaccination Certificate)
- Valid Code 08 Drivers’ License and own reliable transport
- Must be South African Citizen
